2. Booking & Payments

Appointments or services must be scheduled in advance. Payment terms (deposits, full payments, due dates) will be clearly communicated before services begin. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services or refusal of future bookings.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Horse Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring their horse is in appropriate health for any services booked. Bad B Performance Horses reserves the right to refuse service if a horse poses a safety risk or appears unfit without veterinary clearance.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of horses in our care, working with horses involves inherent risks. By using our services, you agree that Bad B Performance Horses and its representatives are not liable for injury, illness, or loss to horse, rider, or property, unless due to proven negligence.

6. Client Communication

We believe in clear, respectful communication. Updates, feedback, and questions are always welcome. We reserve the right to discontinue services if communication becomes disrespectful or disruptive to the care of the horse.
