Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
At Bad B Performance Horses, we value your trust and take pride in providing high-quality care and services. Because of the time, planning, and resources that go into each horse's program, the following refund policy applies:
1. Deposits & Prepaid Services
Deposits for services (such as conditioning programs, care packages, or evaluations) are non-refundable unless the service is canceled by Bad B Performance Horses.
If a client cancels with more than 48 hours’ notice, a credit may be issued toward future services at our discretion.
2. Ongoing Care or Training Packages
If a horse is withdrawn from a program early (due to injury, sale, or other reasons), a partial refund or service credit may be considered based on unused days or services—minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (such as feed, supplements, or time worked).
Each situation will be reviewed individually, and we aim to be fair and understanding while maintaining business sustainability.
3. No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are not eligible for refund or credit, except in emergencies.
4. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with a service, please reach out directly. We stand behind our work and will do our best to resolve concerns professionally and promptly, which may include a credit or alternative solution.
